Created in 2010, this cooperative, located in a former agricultural building in Oberhausbergen, contains fifteen producers who offer top quality regional products: meat, fruits and vegetables, eggs, fish, honey, jam, medicinal plants, condiments, cream, cheese, wine, fruit juice, flowers and other products sold directly to the consumers.

Within 18 months of its inauguration, HOP’la has helped create 27 full-time jobs, out of a total of 145 staff all farms combined, and 12 permanent in-store positions.
