The AIPEMP is an environmentally-oriented integration project consistent with the approach of the Structures d'Insertion par l'Activité Économique (SIAE or economic reintegration programmes). Its objective is to help people in difficulty get a foothold in the labour market. The association offers them vocational experience, training and individual support so that they can be more autonomous in their effort to find sustainable employment.

The two projects concern the maintenance of the natural environment and organic market gardening.

The ESF contributed primarily to funding the supervisors.
