Enlargement of an organic ice cream and sorbet factory using local products in Saint Sauveur de Montagut.

Two brothers are developing an organic ice cream production activity and are prioritising quality: high fruit content, traditional processing methods, local sourcing and direct selling.

The EAFRD helped this company acquire equipment, extend their premises and install a new production line. The company is based in Saint Sauveur de Montagut (Ardèche department), with an ice-cream parlour in Lyon.
