Transforming the Rollet Peninsula, a former industrial site, into an urban recreational park.

The rehabilitation includes the creation of small woods, insect hotels to stimulate pollination, nest boxes for birds, bat shelters, etc. Additional riprap will help create underwater shelters and increase the fish fauna.

The ambition is to preserve biodiversity by encouraging the diversity of plant and animal species.

The quays will be developed and gardens will be created to facilitate access for walkers.

The project's originality lies in the conservation of the Peninsula's industrial heritage via the reuse of existing rails and cobblestones. The project therefore complies with the principles of sustainable development.
